The Core Module is best suited for simple fixtures with only basic settings and limited requirements for advanced customization. Configuration and control can be done via NFC, Bluetooth, Vision Mesh, or DMX RDM. The module takes care of nearly all essential functions, and different variants are available to match your specific needs. It’s designed for cost-effective, straightforward, yet powerful products. The module performs all operations, including tasks such as battery management, lighting and effects control. There are different types of core implementations to precisely tailor to the product’s requirements. The core implementation is designed for new products that are lower-priced and have a less complex structure.
If your product already has DMX,CRMX,… you are looking for our external Module, which is tailored to work along these protocols.

Example Product for a Core Module:

Example: Battery-Powered Accent Light with Core Module

This product is a compact, battery-powered accent light designed for architectural and event use. It features a simple RGBW light engine with basic dimming and color control but no display or external control ports.

The fixture is configured and controlled entirely through NFC, Bluetooth, or Vision Mesh, allowing fast setup via the Vision Control App. For professional environments, DMX RDM control can be enabled for integration into traditional lighting setups.

The Core Module manages all essential functions — from power management and color mixing to wireless communication — without the need for an additional microcontroller. Only minimal hardware components are required: LEDs, drivers, power circuitry, and the Vision IC.

This makes it ideal for cost-effective, easy-to-produce fixtures where fast time-to-market and low development effort are key, yet wireless control and smart features are still desired.

Example: Compact Pixel Effect Light with Core Module

This fixture is a compact RGB pixel effect light designed for decorative or stage applications. It contains up to 100 individually addressable pixels, offering dynamic color effects, gradients, and chases — all generated directly by the Core Module without requiring external controllers.

Configuration and control are handled via Bluetooth, Vision Mesh, or NFC, using the Vision Control App for quick setup and live control. The DMX RDM interface can be enabled when integrating into conventional lighting systems, allowing hybrid use in both wireless and wired environments.

All pixel data and color mixing are processed internally by the Core Module, which supports advanced features such as effect templates, group synchronization, and runtime-based power management. No external microcontroller or firmware development is required — the fixture simply loads its configuration file defining pixel layout, color order, and supported modes.

This makes it ideal for creative effect fixtures, battery-powered pixel bars, or small matrix lights that demand smooth, synchronized animations across multiple devices while keeping development simple, fast, and affordable.
